In this introductory 2.5-hour workshop, we will introduce to you the basic concepts of:
Focusing your energy
How your thoughts, beliefs, feelings, emotions, words and actions influence your life
Your conscious and subconscious mind and how they work together
Why you repeat the same patterns over and over again
How to break unwanted patterns and change your reality
Using the 3R’s (Refocus, Reframe, Replace) to create new mental and emotional states, thus
constructing a new manifestation of reality
Using mental rehearsal to turn obstacles into creative opportunities
Trusting your intuition to guide you
After the class, we will conduct an informative question and answer session, to further help you put the
principles you have just learned into practice in your daily life.
