We recently hosted a wellness clinic detox day, where participants were pampered with a range of treatments aimed at improving health and well-being. What You Need:

  • Fresh Lemons
  • Blue Agave
  • Charcoal Powder
  • Alkaline Water

For a gallon:

  • Squeeze two cups of fresh lemon juice.
  • Add 3 scoops of activated charcoal powder.
  • Stir in 5 teaspoons of blue agave for a touch of sweetness.
  • Top off with alkaline water.

This detox drink combines the cleansing power of charcoal with the hydrating and alkalizing benefits of lemon and alkaline water. The blue agave adds a hint of sweetness without spiking your blood sugar, making it a perfect addition to your wellness routine.
