No More MindBody!

As of February 25, 2026 we will no longer be using MindBody as a scheduling platform. We are moving to Momence, a much more user friendly platform. To book appointments and register for classes, please download the Momence app and find us there. If you are a current SLL client, you should receive an email with next steps as your account will be migrated over. Call us with questions!
