The Little Alchemist Program is designed to nurture creativity, emotional well-being, and physical health. It blends art therapy, mindfulness, yoga, and movement. These activities empower children with essential life skills. They promote emotional intelligence, resilience, and overall well-being. Through self-expression, stress reduction, and building resilience, children thrive in a supportive environment. Grounded in evidence-based practices, this holistic program integrates various approaches into a dynamic experience. Our mission is to equip children with the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges while fostering creativity, self-awareness, and confidence.

Core Elements of the Kids Program

Art Therapy

Art therapy is a key part of our children’s program. It provides a powerful way for children to express themselves and understand their emotions. Activities like drawing, painting, and collaborative art help children process their feelings. These projects also develop problem-solving skills and build self-esteem. Art therapy encourages teamwork and empathy, strengthening connections with others. It fosters self-awareness and boosts confidence, supporting emotional growth in a creative and supportive environment.

Play Therapy

Through play therapy, we provide a safe space for children to explore their emotions and social dynamics. This approach helps develop communication, conflict resolution, and self-regulation skills in a fun, engaging way. By using both structured games and free play, children strengthen their social and emotional abilities. They also reduce stress and promote relaxation. Our sessions include storytelling yoga, body awareness activities, and guided mindfulness exercises. These activities help children connect with their bodies, calm their minds, and find balance. The Little Alchemist Kids Program Framework

The kids program is structured to provide weekly sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours, with groups tailored to different age ranges to ensure age-appropriate learning. The curriculum is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing it to be easily adapted to meet the unique needs of diverse student populations. Delivered on-site by trained professionals with expertise in child development and trauma-informed care, our program offers a supportive and effective learning experience for all children, fostering growth in a safe and nurturing environment.

Monthly membership fee $222 for 6 hours of classes, optional sound healing and Sunday meditation
