Thank you @auburnchamberofcommerce for such a beautiful event 🎄 No caption just the day… now ready to figure out what the heck I’m doing for tomorrows parade! Alright… I need some festivity inspo! We are participating in The Festival of Lights Parade this Saturday and I would love some inspo to make my jeep festive! I’m doing a chakra tree on the top, what would go with that?! Okay… not sure if it’s this Gemini Full Moon or what but I’m feeling feral…. Let balance our nervous system together before bed. Juicy flow this morning on opening the heart & hips. Try this quick lil segment and notice the energy shift in your body 🫶🏼 Fun fact… I used to freaking hate working out, simply because I was a personal trainer in my early 20s and it all felt so mundane to me. It was vastly empty for me personally. It’s important first and foremost you find what resonates with your spirit. When I went to my first yoga class I felt in my body for the first time since I’d been 7 but so many poses and being still for long periods with my shadows felt unobtainable. I continued my practice and then found pilates and it was a complete game changer for my yoga practice. It allowed me to build the core strength I was told I would never have. It gave my adhd brain a way to move so then I could fall into my yoga practice deeper, I use it as a stepping stone and bridge point between my brain and my mat. Sharing some game changing core workouts that are simple and WORK! If there was ever a sound that was made for my perspective on life this would be it (hence my business name) Tonight, let’s harness the energy of the beaver moon on the 27th (just celebrating this evening) as we explore the power within us to architect our lives with intention and mindfulness.
