What Kind Yoga & Pilates Classes Are Available?

So glad you asked! Finding a routine and flow that works for you and your body is an important part of maintaining your practice. We have a variety of excellent instructors teaching various movement formats so you can find the perfect class to meet you where you are. All group classes are covered by one of our Yoga memberships, or drop-in classes are $20/class. Here are the disciplines we currently offer and a brief description of each:

Vinyasa Yoga

Designed for all levels of practice, this dynamic class synchronizes breath with movement, creating a seamless flow that energizes your body and calms your mind. You’ll move through a sequence of postures that build strength, increase flexibility, and enhance balance while incorporating the rhythm of your breath.

Static Yoga

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a gentle, yet powerful practice that combines breathwork (pranayama), postures (asanas), and mindfulness. In this class, you’ll experience slow, deliberate movements that promote flexibility, strength, and inner peace. Hatha Yoga emphasizes balance—both physically and mentally—allowing you the perfect opportunity to connect with yourself, find grounding, clarity and purpose.

Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga is a high-energy practice that fuses yoga with tribal dance and plyometrics. This transformative class is set to empowering music and blends dynamic asana, primal movement, cardio bursts, breathwork and deep core conditioning.

Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact, challenging, accessible workout designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and increase agility. Through a series of controlled movements that engage both the body and mind, this class targets the core muscles while also toning the arms and legs.
