Staying connected and investing time in your support system, of your close friends and family, is vital to keeping your emotional well-being in check. Not only are they the people who will be able to support you when your emotional well-being is low and in need of a boost. Being around others and being able to relax and laugh is good for you. Finding and connecting with people where you can truly be yourself and boost your self esteems and increase your sense of self-worth. Not only are they there to support you, knowing that you have a two-way relationship and can support them back when needed is rewarding and will build up your own sense of purpose.
