Paleo recipes you have to try this week

If you are looking to drop a few pounds in the next couple of weeks in time for thanksgiving and Christmas – now is the time to try a new style of eating. Paleo food describes the food we would have eaten back in the paleolithic era and this means cutting out things like dairy, grains, and refined sugar.

In short, eating in a more natural way will help you to lose a few pounds and slim down to a happier and healthier weight.

Today we want to share a few paleo recipes you can try this week to help you get leaner and healthier ready for your holiday season.

  2. Wash you sweet potatoes and season with salt. Poke holes into them and bake them for 40 minutes until tender.
  3. Slice your sweet potatoes open and mash, season with salt and pepper, and leave in the skins for extra nutrients.
  4. Steam some asparagus stems.
  5. Serve your meal and squeeze some extra lemon on the chicken for flavour.

Baked eggs with spinach and tomatoes

Creating some amazing paleo meals also means getting the most of your diet. You can add some pure cbd oil into this dish for some pain killing and anxiety reducing effects, and this will make your morning meal even more beneficial for the body.

Ingredients:

  • 1 punnet vine tomatoes
  • 5-6 basil leaves
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g spinach
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Grab a large skillet pan and bring it up to heat. Half your vine tomatoes and place them face down into the pan. Allow them to start grilling.
  2. After a few minutes, start to crush the tomatoes and add your garlic and chopped basil leaves. You can add your cbd oil here optionally.
  3. Add your spinach on top of the pan and season with salt and pepper. Stir them in as they start to wilt.
  4. Make 2 wells and add your eggs. Cover and cook until whites are cooked and your eggs are runny.
  5. Serve.
