Confession... I am horrible at planning. I’ve always been more on the spontaneous procrastination side of things and convinced myself I work more “effectively” this way. In life in general it’s easy to get thrown off balance and lose sight of what’s really important. We are weighed down by deadlines, due dates, times instead of truly being mindful with the task at hand. Planning kept popping up everywhere in my life and so I’ve made it a priority to begin scheduling 4 main things a week to create balance and consistency in my life. I wanted to share them with you because it has been life changing -
Have you ever had an event happen or been triggered by an emotion and just got stuck there? For days, weeks, months? In today’s episode we discuss the power of gratitude and how to become unstuck when your subconscious enters into these “safety” states. When our bodies physically turn to fight or flight and we want to bury our head under the covers. We have all been there but time is something you can never get back - this moment right here will never happen again. We can train our consciousness to shift and tap into easily accessible emotions like joy and gratitude with simple daily practices - but it’s just that, a practice and it takes action and consistency.
